Afinal, cada pessoa tem uma personalidade e nem todo mundo quer um paninho de frutinha, né? Foi exatamente o que a &lt;a href="https://www.facebook.com/Fashioneira"&gt;Fashioneira&lt;/a&gt; pensou&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ainda bem que conheci essa semana, por causa de uma amiga (que sabe muito bem como amo esse universo "Design + Comida"), esses panos de prato super fofos. Ao que me parece copacabana esta ganhando padarias novas no estilo francês (soube que vai inaugurar outra perto da Rua Bolivar), e a padaria da Rua Barão de Ipanema ganhou uma reforma com paredes de tijolos e um climinha aconchegante.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Voltando a Paradis, me lembrei de quando estava em Paris e entrei na &lt;a href="http://www.laduree.fr/"&gt;Ladurée&lt;/a&gt;, e não conseguia decidir qual macaron escolher naquel balcão enorme. O balcão da Paradis não é do mesmo tamanho, mas no meio daquela variedade, fiquei na duvida já que não cabia levar 1 de cada. (nada que eu não possa resolver voltando lá outro dia né)&lt;br /&gt;A Paradis Délices Français fica na Rua N. Quentinho, molhadinho e com aquela bola de sorvete em cima pra fazer o contraste.&lt;br /&gt;Mas toda vez que eu fazia uma fornada, cortava em quadradinhos. Como ando numa fase coração, mudei o corte do brownie dessa vez.&lt;br /&gt;No lugar do sorvete de creme, passei um pouco de brigadeiro em cima e deixei cair um pouco de granulado. Sempre cai bem, e é fácil de fazer, mas tem aquele probleminha....engorda!&lt;br /&gt;Pra fugir um pouco daquela massa carregada no molho, sugiro essa receita que além de super fácil, é um pouco mais leve. Pra quem não sabe, a Sol é estilista mas com uma veia de Dj, Decoradora, Chef... e com todos esses atributos em seu antigo atelier em botafogo rolava uns jantares especiais, e pra cada jantar, um chef era convidado pra preparar o menu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nesse jantar, o chef convidado era o Pedro Benoliel, que é filho da chef &lt;a href="http://www.moniquebenoliel.com.br/v2/"&gt;Monique Benoliel&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;E como não podia ser diferente eu passei a tarde toda enfurnada na cozinha brincando de assistente do Pedro e da Sol. O melhor presente foi participar de cada etapa, aprender cada detalhe, como preparar o charuto de baton, cortar peixe, cortar aspargo etc (sim, existem maneiras certas de cortar cada coisa) e no final comer esse delicioso menu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; Essa foto foi enviada por um amigo meu, que esteve lá a pouco tempo e eu fiquei de postar antes, mas só me lembrei hoje!&lt;br /&gt;Achei muito inusitado esse sorvete de abóbora da&lt;i&gt; Haaguen-Dazs&lt;/i&gt;. Esprema de três a quatro vezes porque a hortelã, quando  muito macerada, amarga um pouco.&lt;br /&gt;Depois de macerar os ingredientes, procure usar um gelo mais quebrado.
